Win a $1 Million Laguna Beach Home! – Ocean Institute to Hold Home Raffle

DANA POINT, CA, June 11, 2007 - Tickets will go on sale for the Ocean Institute’s 3rd annual 2007 Laguna Beach Million Dollar Home Raffle beginning July 11, 2007. Participants will have the opportunity to win a beautiful Laguna Beach condominium with an estimated value of $1 million or $1 million in cash. The home was re-modeled in 2006 and is two blocks from the beach and two blocks from downtown.

Tickets are $150 each. A maximum 18,000 tickets will be sold; in addition to the grand prize, there will be over 100 cash prizes from $300 to $25,000 plus a bonus drawing for multiple ticket purchasers. The 1st prize for multiple ticket purchasers is a 2007 Lexus RX400h or $20,000 in cash; the 2nd prize is a five-night Hawaiian vacation, including airfare for two, or $3500 in cash; 3rd prize is a 50-inch big screen plasma TV, including installation, or $1500 in cash.

Participants who enter by Wednesday, August 15, will qualify for two Early Bird Drawings and an additional $46,000 in cash prizes. All tickets, including the Early Bird winning tickets, are automatically re-entered for the Final and Grand Prize Drawing to be held Saturday, October 27, noon, at the Ocean Institute in Dana Point.
