Tidepool Terrors, Haunted Brig
DANA POINT, CA, September 27, 2007 - The Ocean Institute will celebrate
Halloween with two spooky events:
Tidepool Terrors: Stories of the Sea
Sunday, October 28, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
This Halloween-themed event allows visitors to explore the slimy secrets of the sea.
Hear tales from a pirate ghost, watch a fun movie on the big screen, snack on cookies with
cider, and trick-or-treat through the aquariums. Don't miss this exciting day to meet and
greet creatures of all sorts! General admission is $6 adults, $4 children (ages 4-12). A child in a Halloween
costume will be admitted free with each paid adult.
The Haunted Brig: Mysterious Tales of the High Seas
Saturday, October 27, 7 - 9 p.m.
Ushering in All Hallow's Eve, the crew of the Pilgrim will regale guests with
mysterious stories of maritime lore. For ages 8 and up. Cost $10 at the door.
