Celebrate Halloween at the Ocean Institute: Haunted Brig & Deep Sea Terrors & Tales
DANA POINT, CA, September 24, 2008 -
The Ocean Institute will celebrate Halloween this year with two events: Haunted Brig on Saturday, October 25, 6-9 p.m. and Deep Sea Terrors & Tales, Saturday and Sunday, October 25-26, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Haunted Brig
Come aboard the haunted tall ship Pilgrim and join her ghostly crew for a Hallow's Eve celebration. Ancient mariners and forgotten sailors will guide you through the ship filled with creepy characters waiting to share their eerie tales of maritime lore. The tricks and treats are on us, so don't forget to bring your treat bag to fill with sugary treasures!
Admission
Participants must be at least age 6. $10 per person, or $5 for children in costume.
Deep Sea Terrors & Tales
Explore the dark secrets of the deep sea! Hear tales from a pirate ghost aboard the brig Pilgrim, enjoy cookies and cider, and trick-or-treat through haunted aquariums.
Admission
$6.50 adults, $4.50 children (ages 4-12). Children in costume are free with a paid adult, members are free.
