June 1 - OCEAN INSTITUTE ANNOUNCES RAFFLE OF $600,000 LENNAR TOWNHOME IN TALEGA, SAN CLEMENTE

Raffle provides California residents with incredible odds of winning a brand-new townhome, or over $80,000 in other cash prizes The Ocean Institute today announced the raffle of a $600,000 brand-new Verano townhome in the San Clemente coastal community of Talega. Tickets will sell for $200 each and will offer a chance (15,000 to one) to win the townhome, or 150 other cash prizes, making the odds of winning a prize 100 to 1, which is dramatically better than that of winning the California Lottery (15 million to one).
