A Day in the Chaparral
 Grades 4-6
Five hours, $34 per student ($36 for programs Jan. - June 2008) for 30-90 participants
Spend a day at the Lazy W Ranch discovering the riparian, oak woodland, and chaparral ecosystems! Activities include identifying the biological and physical factors that define each environment, collecting stream insects, exploring food webs, identifying plant and animal adaptations and a chance to interact with the animals in our Nature Center.
