Welcome to Our Watershed - Visiting Classroom
Grades 4-8
$405 for three 50 minute classes
Students learn about the water cycle and what lives in a watershed. A hands-on demonstration with a model of a watershed demonstrates the effect of human impact on this fragile environment. Interactive discussion of what can be done to maintain the health of a watershed and the need for preserving our remaining estuaries drives home the point why everyone needs to understand how we affect our local watershed.
