Field Trips
By the Great Horn Spoon!
 Grades 4-5
Two Days, $156 per student ($164 for programs Jan. - June 2008) for 30-90 participants
Departing from the Eastern Seaboard, students-turned-Forty-Niners seek their fortune in the gold fields of California. They voyage around the Horn on a historic tall ship, barter for supplies in San Francisco and pan for gold in a mountain stream. Students must band together to fulfill their dreams as they re-live the Gold Rush on this educational journey. Program takes place at sea, the Ocean Institute and the Lazy W Ranch.
