Sailors were a superstitious group of people who believed that tattoos were good luck, a gold earring could save you from drowning, whistling into the wind would prevent sailings winds and much more. Explore the Ocean Institute to participate in these superstitions, learn of mythical sea creatures, tour our tall ship Brig Pilgrim, and dissect a kraken.
