Lee Gottlieb has over 24 years of consultative services and business development experience—within large corporations and high growth companies.  Mrs. Gottlieb has been responsible for securing new business and maintaining and expanding customer relationships within the following industries: financial services, culinary and food service, manufacturing, health and fitness, oil and gas, and the public sector.

Mrs. Gottlieb founded her business, ForwardStep Consulting in 2002 and has developed strong relationships with her clients to assist them in achieving their goals.

The large companies Mrs. Gottlieb has worked for include KPMG and New York Life where she currently helps clients protect assets, accumulate wealth and minimize taxes & risk.  She specializes in long term care insurance as she has had personal experience with close family members.

Mrs. Gottlieb has spent her career committed to performance-driven, leadership and entrepreneurial ventures; she has high energy and integrity, and is a loyal and passionate team player.

Mrs. Gottlieb has volunteered for several chartable missions and has participated in various charitable events.  She has secured and expanded solid relationships within the Orange County business community.

Mrs. Gottlieb has been recently elected to the Ocean Institute Board of Directors.  She is very enthusiastic about leveraging her connections to help the OI.  She is leading the Jazz committee to improve upon the fabulous event and make it even better each year.

Mrs. Gottlieb enjoys living in Dana Point with her husband, Michael.  They love walking on the beach, spending time with family and friends and frequent travel.
