We are rebranding our public whale watching cruise to “Pacific
Marine Exploration Tour,” in order to communicate the educational
value of our public whale watching experiences. This change will
help communicate that this trip is more than just whale watching
– it is an opportunity to learn about the smallest and largest
animals in our ecosystem and access to scientific tools that
other companies do not have. With these changes and the expertise
of our new Marketing VP we will fill the R/V Sea
Explorer each time it leaves the dock.
In addition, we will be offering a new cruise, “Killer Dana Tour” which will focus on the history of the Dana Point Harbor, from Richard Henry Dana’s visit in the 1830’s to world renown surf spot and recreational harbor. On the cruise, our team will educate the public on shore birds, marine mammals, and the different ships and recreational sports our harbor houses. This program will debut in July.
