Plastic Pollution: Heirs to Our Oceans
WILD Weekend Series


Heirs to Our Oceans will be hosting a table at Ocean Institute to spread their message of a future for clean oceans. Come visit to learn about ocean animals and pollution through games, trivia, and helpful handouts. 

Play bean bag toss to learn about ocean animals and answer animal trivia questions. You will learn about plastic pollution and how you can help stop it. Examples of microplastics that were found in the North Pacific Gyre will be on display. 

Heirs to the Ocean will host story time at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm reading  “All the Way to the Ocean” by Joel Harper.

Heirs to Our Oceans is a rising tide of young leaders around the globe who are taking the ocean crisis into their own hands, educating themselves and others, bringing hope and solutions to the surface, and creating waves of change that will ensure the health of our blue planet for their generation and for future generations.
