Red Hot Jazz a HUGE Success!
What an incredible event! THANK YOU to everyone who made the Ocean Institute’s Red Hot Jazz Festival a tremendous success.
Guests enjoyed a spectacular musical performance by renowned musicians Rick Braun, Richard Elliot and Louis Price.
Rob Wilson, the executive chef of the Montage Laguna Beach, spearheaded the creation of a delectable menu for Saturday evening’s gala. With Chef Wilson, culinary delights were prepared by Chef Rainer Schwarz from Driftwood Kitchen, Chef Collin Thornton from St. Regis Monarch Beach, Chef Rachel Haggstrom from Balboa Bay Resort, Chef Brian Sundeen from The Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel, Chef Pierre Albaladejo and Executive Pastry Chef Franck Riffaud from Park Hyatt Aviara Resort.
Through our two nights of fundraising efforts, we raised over $350,000 these funds allow us to provide extraordinary educational experiences to students of all ages and backgrounds.
The event would not be successful without our outstanding event sponsors, volunteers, and in-kind supporters.
